Project Coordinator

Job Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting operations of Documents on Demand, interfacing with clients and consultants, and for assisting with the internal consulting quality management system.

Essential Functions:
Documents on Demand Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Project Coordinator of delivery of Documents on Demand and client interactions
  • Responsibilities include: 
    • Management of delivery to client, attend all client meetings, and address client questions, timelines and comment reconciliation, and concerns.
    • Interface with Azzur Group Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) related to client projects and manage or facilitate comment reconciliation.
    • Communicate with the client and the practice leaders and project manager.
    • Track all project details (document status, document delivery, budget and invoice reports)
    • Review the master documents prior to customizing for client for overall Quality Management System needs and consistency, as well as industry specific needs (pharma, biopharma or medical device)
    • Customize documents (advanced skills in Microsoft word) for client 
    • Quality Control checks on all documents prior to delivery 
    • Serve as a Quality Management System Subject Matter Expert

      • Support efforts to maintain Documents on Demand Catalog and proposal materials to support Azzur Group Consulting Offices.
      • Support program improvements
      • Manage document lifecycle for updated documents
      • Support Document Control Specialist in maintaining eQMS database (ZenQMS)
      • Consulting Quality Unit Responsbility:

        • Write procedures for Consulting QMS, as needed.
        • Oversee the document lifecycle
        • Assist with Azzur Group Consulting Training on Consulting QMS
        • Manage Subject Matter Experts and review documents
        • Internal Audito
          • Communication with clients, consultants and team members especially on deliverables and timelines
          • Handling multiple responsibilities and job tasks (multi-tasking) as needed.
          • Demonstrating attention to detail. 
          • Flexibility with work requirements, work environment and fast-paced/changing job needs.

Basic Qualifications & Position Requirements
Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a study concentration in a scientific discipline, preferably the biopharma/med device industry.

Required Work Experience:  

  • Quality Systems in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical or Medical Device
  • 2-3 yr experience as a technical contributor and/or in project management

Preferred experience:

  • 3 yrs or more experience as a technical contributor and/or in project management
  • Customer service experience is highly preferred
  • Experience with accounting, financing and related activities
  • GMP Manufacturing experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry

Required Knowledge:

  • Microsoft office

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of salesforce or similar accounting tools
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet
