Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Travel within the US is sometimes required to support client projects.  Additional responsibilities to be assigned as determined necessary.  The level of knowledge expected will be commensurate with level of incoming experience.

  • Support day to day activities within the Training Center.
  • Support the Manager/Director of Training with the implementation of progressive competency-based technical training programs, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effectiveness within and across internal and external clients.
  • As part of the training team create, or update, training presentations and supporting material (i.e., procedures, visual aids, and hands on activities) to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Will be expected to effectively present technical information to students in both one-on-one and in group situations.
  • Assist management in making changes to SOPs, Work Instructions, Training Materials, or other deliverables.
  • Support training activities in cleanroom environments, which may require being fully gowned for extended times.
  • Responsible for working with all team members to ensure timely delivery of project requirements (schedule, budgets, and costs).


  • BS Degree with minimum of 2 years’ experience in the life science industry
  • Experience with FDA compliance and cGMP is required.
  • Direct experience training others in any topic.
  • Direct experience training personnel in an aseptic environment is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge in aseptic gowning, aseptic manufacturing, and/or other aseptic techniques.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom processes including Cleanroom cleaning and maintenance, logbook completion, and industry legislation and guidance documents.
  • Direct experience and working knowledge of aseptic techniques and supporting equipment, including but not limited to: Isolators, BSCs, Laminar Air Flow Hoods, and/or RABS.
  • Experience performing aseptic manipulations and interventions.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Regulations, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and other applicable industry guidance documents.
  • Excellent verbal, oral, and technical writing communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and able to quickly learn new computer applications.
  • Must be fluent in English at a professional level and have excellent client service and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to read / write in Spanish is desired.
  • Ability to translate procedural information into training materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to follow instructions and prioritize assignments while working on various projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to successfully gown for aseptic operations and pass gowning qualification.
  • Must be able to work in an aseptic environment in gowning attire for extended periods of time (2 – 4 hours).
  • Able to generate accurate and complete documentation utilizing cGDocP and cGMP principles.
