DESCRIPTION:

Sr. Benefits and Compensation Analyst is responsible for ensuring fair and accurate compensation, including regular salaries, bonuses, stock options, pensions, and any additional types of employee benefits. 

Works with hiring managers, recruiters, and other Human Resources personnel to ensure that job offers are both based on market rates and have internal equity.

Builds internal pay bands and evaluates current and future jobs to place them on those bands.  Reviews benefit offerings and suggests changes or additions based on internal and external data. Manages the relationship between Azzur, any third-party administrator and the insurance companies.

Builds bonus structures that fit with the company structure and pay bands.

Monitors pay and benefits to ensure internal equity & produces analytics to justify needed changes.

 

Required Education:

  •  Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Education:

  •  Master’s degree

Required Work Experience:

  •  5 years’ experience in Human Resources
  •  2 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits

Preferred experience:

  •  7 years’ experience in Human Resources
  •  3 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits

Required Knowledge:

  •  Experience creating salary bands
  •  Experience with bonus structures
  •  Experience with benefits
