Job Description

We at Azzur Group are looking for an experienced Quality Project Manager to join our team. 

Quality Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of all the Quality project activities in support of supply, production and disposition. It will be responsible for the coordination and facilitation for the Quality team activities. This includes meetings, SharePoint, setting deadlines, preparing communicating with team members and key stakeholders about the state of the activities, ensuring actions to stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary, to meet new requirements. Over the course of a project, the Project Manager will need to communicate with the team and key stakeholders, facilitate decisions and monitor the progress of the activities to keep it on schedule.

Essential Functions:

  • Facilitate/track long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines
  • Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
  • Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
  • Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

Additional Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Communication and presentation of project updates to all levels of the organization
  • Remain current with international Health Authority regulations, guidelines, and quality practices associated with the pharmaceutical industry
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office tools is required
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree Required. Advanced degree (MS, MBA) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years in Pharmaceutical industry is required.
  • Understanding of the Project Management
  • Experience working in biologics or vaccines QA or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience in presenting issues to all levels of the organization is required.
  • Experience working with external manufacturers is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as the MS Office suite is preferred.
