Job Description

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated Program Governance Project Manager to join our team. The Program Governance Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the governance framework and project management processes for key initiatives.

 
Key Responsibilities      
  • Project Governance Support: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust governance framework for the project management office. Overseeing 20 workstreams so need help with the governance of the PMO
  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic projects within the organization, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
    Identify and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive risk management strategies, escalating critical issues to leadership as needed.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria, leveraging best practices in project management methodologies
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of project governance processes and project management methodologies.
      
Qualifications      
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials highly desirable.
  • Experience- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within a regulated industry
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage project budgets effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with a capacity for strategic planning and risk management.
