Operations intern

The operations Intern of the COD-San Diego site will support the internal operations team.

1. Be available to work flexible shifts during the main hours of operations, M-F 6:30 am – 6:30 pm. In addition to M-F, occasional weekend support may be required. Scheduled hours will be between 12-20 hrs/week.
2. Support Data Entry activities in Novatek, Google Drive, Harvest, etc. This will include scanning, manual data entry, file organization, etc.
3. Work in conjunction with Operation and Warehouse Associates with shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties.  Help with record entry, stocking, counting.  
4. Restock and maintain a professional atmosphere throughout the facility, including the office, the cleanrooms, and shared conference and breakroom spaces.
