Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Coordinator assists with guiding employees through various human resource processes, answering any questions they may have about policies.

The HR Coordinator will assist with:
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding paperwork, including filing new hire paperwork,
  completing I-9s & E-verify, background checks, and other paperwork as needed.
  • Provide support to Human Resources department personnel including department process
  improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate the HR inbox. Forward emails to appropriate individuals and monitor incoming emails
  to ensure nothing is missed
  • Create, run, and distribute reports as assigned or requested
  • Other HR administrative duties as needed, including assistance with training set-up, and
  collection of surveys data for presentation.

Additional HR Coordinator duties may include:
  • Conducting or helping with new employee orientation
  • Processing all HR paperwork
  • Assisting the HR Team with Onboarding
  • Ensuring all appropriate paperwork is complete
  • Communicating with employees to ensure new hire paperwork and benefit enrollment is
   complete
  • Working with Talent Acquisition and Payroll on administrative tasks
  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
  • Assist employees as needed
  • Keep employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in a timely
   fashion

Experience/Education:

  • HS diploma/GED- Must have at least 2 years of experience
  • AS Degree- 1 year of experience
  • BS Degree – Internship to 6 months of experience
