In this role, you'll take the lead in operating our Cleanrooms on Demand Boston Unit, a cutting-edge facility solution. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our clients' on-site manufacturing operations, making a real difference every day.

 Responsibilities:

Your Impact: Elevate Cleanroom Solutions with Your Expertise

• Lead the operation of Cleanrooms on Demand Boston Unit, a pioneering facility solution.
• Be the primary point of contact for clients, supporting their on-site manufacturing operations.
• Craft SOW proposals to provide services for seamless start-up and daily support.
• Ensure a smooth monthly client invoice financial process.

Your Role: Catalyst for Success

• Develop client start-up and tech transfer strategies, coordinating resources for project delivery.
• Inspire a positive team environment, identifying growth opportunities and coaching team members.
• Support leadership by setting and communicating goals for your direct reports.

Experience required:

• 5+ years of experience in Client Management, Facility Operations, or Tech Transfer Project Management in BioPharma.
• Supervisory experience, driving team performance and development.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline.
