The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for insuring invoices are recorded in a timely manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather appropriate documentation for transaction, maintain filing systems for review and audit purposes.
Establishing and Maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
Be able to resolve any discrepancies within the payable process with Internal as well as external vendors.
Basic Qualifications & Position Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree
- 4 years' experience in a multi-entity environment accounting position
- Accounting in a multi-entity environment
- 2 years' experience with Quickbooks PRO or Enterprise
- 6 years experience in a multi-entity environment accounting position
